JR Rally Cap (T-Ball to parent pitched) is for children 4-6 years old. Scheduled to play Tuesdays and Thursdays. These new, young players are introduced to the game of baseball. They learn, develop and practice fundamental baseball skills at an early age to receive maximum enjoyment from the experience. Emphasis is placed on participation and enjoying their first baseball experience. Parents are encouraged to participate on the field with their child.
SR Rally Cap (parent pitched to machine pitched) is for children 7 to 9 years old. Scheduled to play Mondays and Wednesdays. Players continue to develop their skills and learn the rules of baseball. Emphasis is placed upon hitting, base running, fielding/throwing and teamwork. Both offensive and defensive fundamental are introduced.
11U is for children 9 to 11 years old. Scheduled to play Mondays and Wednesdays. Player pitching is introduced in this division. All players are encouraged to try pitching. Umpires in this division allow a fairly liberal strike zone. The object of the game is to get the ball hit into play as often as possible. Players are encouraged to play all positions throughout the season. This is the first age group where teams will end their season in a play-off tournament.
13U is for children 12 to 13 years old. Scheduled to play Tuesdays and Thursdays. Leading - off is introduced and Sask Baseball rules apply.
15U is for children 14 to 15 years old. Scheduled to play Tuesdays and Thursdays. Team atmosphere and dynamics are geared toward older players with refinement of baseball fundamental and introduction of advanced techniques and strategies.
18U is for children 16 to 18 years old. Scheduled to play Mondays and Wednesdays.
